John T. Lillie
John ‘Travis’ Lillie is a founding partner of Wealth Management Doctors.
Travis received degrees in marketing and finance from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. His decades of experience working at Northwestern Mutual and Mass Mutual led him to Matt, who became his partner. He founded Wealth Management Doctors in 2018 after more than a decade of award-winning service to clients. Travis is a certified cryptocurrency expert and holds the CCE accreditation. A proud native of Winter Haven, FL, Travis actually worked at Publix for five years.
He is the proud father of three great kids.
Matthew Burks
Matt Burks is a founding partner at Wealth Management Doctors.
He previously founded Burks Financial in 2012. Attending Polk State College and the University of South Florida, Matt began his career in wealth management at Northwestern Mutual in 2005, then joined Mass Mutual in 2012. Matt has decades of experience in financial services, having worked in both institutional and private wealth advisories. This experience is important to clients because there are varying degrees of risk tolerance among his clientele.
Matt is a doting husband and father of three great children, and a huge music fan. In his free time, he enjoys literature, fine cigars and collecting nice guitars.
